What you are purchasing

A licence to use a set of page templates in software you build. You are not purchasing the copyright, and you are not purchasing a runnable application. What you receive is a zip of markup, styles and assets in four output formats.

The licence

• Per developer. One licence covers one person. If three people on your team work with the files, that is three licences.
• Unlimited projects. The same person can use a template in as many applications as they like, for themselves or for clients.
• Modify freely. Change anything. You do not owe us the changes and you do not have to credit us.
• Do not resell the files themselves. Shipping a template inside your product is the point. Selling or giving away the template as a template, or as part of a competing collection, is not.
• A purchase does not expire. A template you purchased outright stays licensed to you permanently, including if this shop closes.

Free accounts

Confirming your email address gives you Veriport, Oxbow, Fairday and Longhand at no cost, under the same licence as a purchased template. They are free, not a trial, and they do not expire.

Subscriptions

All access is $49.99 a month, and it renews automatically until you cancel. You cancel from your account page, which opens Stripe's billing page. While it is active you can download every template in the catalog and everything added during the term.

Cancelling ends the renewal, not the term. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, however many days of it are left. After that, a template you reached through the subscription stays licensed in every project that used it before the subscription ended, and you can keep running and maintaining those projects. You cannot use it in a new project. It leaves your library and its updates stop. Anything you purchased outright is unaffected.

Refunds

Any charge can be refunded in full within 30 days of that charge. That covers a single template, the first month of a subscription, and every renewal. No questions asked.

To ask, email hello@pressworks.dev. We refund it through Stripe, to the card you paid with. If you want to tell us what was wrong, we would like to hear it. It is never a condition.

A refund ends the licence for what that charge paid for. A refunded template leaves your account. A refunded subscription charge ends the subscription straight away, not at the end of the term.

Because these are digital files delivered immediately, you are agreeing at checkout that delivery starts straight away. Where the law gives you a stronger right than this paragraph, the law wins.

Prices and payment

A single template is $29.99, unless a discount code you entered at checkout says otherwise. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices may change, and a change never affects something you have already purchased.

What we do not promise

The templates are provided as they are. We check that every format of every template renders the same page before it goes on sale, and that check runs on every build. We do not promise they suit your particular project, that they are free of defects, or that the shop will exist forever. Our liability is limited to what you paid us.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You can close your account at any time by asking, and closing it removes your personal details. We can suspend an account that is redistributing the files, which is the one thing the licence rules out.
